The President of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA), also the President of the Ghana Branch of the Association, welcomes you to the 66th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference (CPC) which takes place in Accra, Ghana from 30th September to 6th October, 2023.

Widely referred to as the gateway to Africa, Ghana is located at the centre of the world where Longitude 00 meets Latitude 00. Historically, Ghana is the first country in sub-Saharan Africa to attain independence in 1957 and has since been an active member of the CPA.
